@nottrobin At this stage of the pandemic, I have no problems with more stick and less carrot, assuming vaccines are freely available. Hospitals here last weekend turned down suitable kidneys for transplant because the wards are overflowing with COVID positive unvaccinated. Get in the sea.

@nottrobin The reference to Google finding four is the magic number is interesting. Like with many things, communication is key. How many steps are there and what exactly does each step entail, followed by hard dates by which a candidate will learn if they progress removes a lot of stress.
