@Wee_Sio In times like this, people take their lead from the powers that be. The UK gov, by failing to mandate closure of all non-essential business, has given implicit approval to keep calm and carry on... which may well turn out to be the greatest act of gov negligence in living memory.

Took a spin in the car around Belfast earlier - it looked like any normal Tuesday except the odd place was closed. Many people out doing many non-essential activities. 50 miles down the road, over the border, everything is closed. We’re not both right.
