@CircleLineBT @micky_murray @Briansmyth99 Belfast can't even maintain the bikes they have - myself and a friend grabbed two last Wednesday night from Stranmillis roundabout. His had no brakes and mine and two very soft wheels - both sounded like a bag of spanners over every bump.
