@bslobodin Yes sir.. my own recipe, really simple - marinade boneless chicken thighs with dollop of rapeseed oil and light coating of jerk chicken rub - BBQ indirect on grill until 3/4 done then move direct to crisp up - heat cast iron pan then add onion and peppers (capsicum)
