@DecLawn In my opinion, this is the result of general & widespread apathy fuelled by dismal government messaging and a dissociation between pandemic behaviour and consequence. Put bluntly - the first lockdown worked so well, we didn't see enough coffins. Now Covid lands the counterpunch.
