Woke up to a dead BT full-fibre modem. No lights, nada. Wondering if it's the 12v power adaptor but looking around the house, only have spare 24v adaptors. Looking online, some say these are interchangeable but afraid to try a 24v in case I fry something? Can anyone advise?
