@Lilymaescloset @1976Spook @qnewsdesk @Stevopollock No, it was not. There was a banner like this on Divis flats a month or two ago which was removed/stolen/taken down and there is some debate whether this is the same one. However, it was placed on the peace line by the same people who burned it.
